About the Role & Team We are seeking a talented and motivated Quantitative Developer to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will be responsible for implementing and maintaining the quantitative libraries that underpin Confluence's performance and risk engine, along with relevant application code. This position offers a great opportunity to join a successful and expanding Quant Team, with responsibilities including developing financial analytics across the Confluence Group. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong numerical, verbal, and analytical skills, with a quick learning aptitude.
