JOB PURPOSE The prime responsibility of the role is to proactively develop business strategies across the regions to drive profitable growth while increasing penetration in Sales and Demand Creation performance, resulting in market share gain on a global basis. Effective communication skills are essential to negotiate the company's offerings to customers, positioning Future’s value add, quoting on business, and demonstrating the company’s full capabilities. What the roles involve : Develop global strategy and implement site tactics in conjunction with branch personnel in each geographical region to drive revenue and increase gross profit margin. Develop a deep understanding of customer needs and challenges, formulating regional and branch strategies to foster growth. Build relationships with customer senior management through regular visits. Present Future’s value proposition by offering Value-Added Solutions and Corporate Initiatives, such as the Business Partner Programme, to enhance service capabilities. Work with management to set, implement, and monitor sales and margin budgets globally, aiming to increase market share at each location. Drive key supplier initiatives to meet corporate commitments. Provide high-level customer service, responding promptly to quotes, product availability, lead times, and delivery queries. Engage the Field Application Engineering team to capitalize on sell opportunities. Do you have : Proven sales success within the electronics distribution sector for at least five years, with a degree in a technical or business field. Understanding of technical teams, demonstrated by achieving a set number of designs. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
