Supply and Demand Chain Planner Onitsuka Tiger As a Supply & Demand Planner, you will join our talented Onitsuka Tiger team as the main point of contact for demand and supply planning. You will develop, deliver, and report on detailed demand plans that balance customer needs with our global strategy. We seek a team player with the drive to succeed in a fast-paced environment, working closely with colleagues across departments to build consensus on plans that consider budget, product, and factory constraints to maximize stakeholder results. Based in Milan and reporting to the Merchandising Manager, responsibilities include: Developing demand forecasts and managing the planning calendar with relevant departments. Interacting with buying, sales, marketing, and finance teams to understand forecast drivers. Reviewing historical sales data to prepare forecasts and evaluate future trends. Translating demand plans into effective supply plans. Communicating regularly with our global head office and support teams. Supporting additional tasks as needed. Does this sound like you? Experience in the retail industry. At least 5 years in a similar role. Knowledge of supply chain and sales processes. Proficiency in forecasting and understanding its financial impact. Strong analytical, planning, and inventory management skills. Knowledge of SAP / FMS, A3, Informatica, Qlik Sense, APL Logistics is preferred. Advanced MS Excel skills.
