Secure group bookings and maximize hotel revenue through tailored sales initiatives. Identify, develop, and maintain relationships with key MICE clients and partners. Build and execute a MICE sales strategy to achieve room night, event space, and revenue targets. Key Responsibilities: Organize and conduct site inspections, client meetings, and sales trips to promote the hotel. Respond promptly to MICE RFPs with customized proposals and creative solutions. Negotiate group contracts ensuring profitability and client satisfaction. Attend industry trade shows, networking events, and roadshows. Partner with catering, banquet, and operational teams to ensure event execution excellence. Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to adjust sales strategies. Maintain a strong presence in local and international MICE markets. Ability to work independently, under pressure, and manage multiple priorities. Willingness to travel domestically and internationally as needed. Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office. Fluent in English; additional languages are an advantage.
