Cenate Sotto(BG) / Business Unit Mobility Condividi In the Marketing team of the corporate BU MOBILITY, contributes to the growth of the Mobility Business by developing new products/services and managing their lifecycle within the mobility portfolio. Accountabilities Market analysis: monitors market size and competitors, with an overall and country-specific view. Gains in-depth knowledge of customer needs, competition, and market trends to identify new opportunities and verify their impact on growth, profitability, and customer satisfaction. Collaborates closely with local marketing and sales teams to stay updated on regulations and incentive programs in the EV market. Product Management: plans marketing strategies for products/services in collaboration with the Solution Marketing Manager. Ensures continuous improvement and development of products/services, defines functional specifications, and develops business plans. Provides input to R&D through product requirement specifications and promotes integration across all development phases from conception to market launch, working with PMO, TMK, and other functions. Product lifecycle management: monitors the lifecycle of products/services, ensuring alignment with the roadmap and target needs. Maintains consistency with positioning objectives, manages marketing mix, and takes corrective actions as needed. Tracks performance of reference products/services. Requisiti Main requisites At least 4-5 years of experience in a similar role within international mobility companies. Strong knowledge of product development processes in complex organizations, including collaboration with R&D, quality, manufacturing, and supply chain. Knowledge of digital services and business models, experience with multi-utility companies and ESCo.
