Supply and Demand Chain Planner Onitsuka Tiger As a Supply & Demand Planner, you’ll join our talented Onitsuka Tiger team as the primary point of contact for demand and supply planning. You’ll develop, deliver, and report on detailed demand plans that balance customer needs with our global strategy. You are a team player with the drive to succeed in a fast-paced environment, working closely with colleagues across departments to build consensus on plans that consider budget, product, and factory constraints to maximize stakeholder satisfaction. Based in Milan and reporting to the Merchandising Manager, your responsibilities will include: Developing demand forecasts and managing the planning calendar with relevant departments. Building knowledge of forecast drivers through interaction with buying, sales, marketing, and finance teams. Reviewing historical sales trends to prepare forecasts and evaluate future results. Translating demand plans into effective supply plans. Communicating regularly with our global head office and liaising with support teams as needed. Supporting additional tasks as required. At least 5 years of experience in a similar role. Familiarity with supply chain and sales processes. Proficiency in forecasting with an understanding of financial implications. Strong analytical, planning, and inventory control skills. Knowledge of SAP / FMS, A3, Informatica, Qlik Sense, APL Logistics is preferred. Advanced MS Excel skills.
