Global Sales Business Analyst

The company is now looking to appoint a Global Sales Business Analyst (all genders). TOMRA Recycling follows ambitious plans to expand its market position and further shape the organization in the coming years. To support this goal, the main responsibilities of the new hire will be divided into different phases, with opportunities for growth within the company. Support global weekly forecasts and monthly recycling reports. Serve as a Power BI super user and reference point for the BPM team to enhance report usage and development. Manage corporate monthly reports. Act as interface between OI and Finance. Support RSDs in forecast analysis and corrective actions. Role and Responsibilities Your responsibilities will include: Assist in collecting global weekly sales and financial forecasting data, analyzing trends, segment/country split, accuracy, and project delays. Consolidate and support the monthly TR report. Support VP Sales & RSDs with planning meetings, coordination, and setup quality. Analyze demand plans and provide daily updates in the CRM system, ensuring staff are informed about updates and importance. Demonstrate flexibility, agility, and proactivity. Communicate effectively, both in person and over the phone. Connect people and facilitate collaboration. Require 3-5 years of experience in inside sales, sales back office, or business analysis. Possess high proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, database management, and CRM systems. Support via phone support as needed. Fluency in English and Italian is mandatory; additional languages are a plus. Hold a diploma or degree in sales, marketing, economics, or technical fields. Interested?
