Junior Project Manager

In this role you will : Manage various repair, maintenance, or refit requests, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and with high quality. Monitor the day-to-day activities in the field, managing the flow of information, and reporting and tracking issues arising from work in progress. Organize, supervise, and manage the technicians' activities. Ensure documentation is completed and expectations are met on time and with quality. Handle quotation and invoicing of all jobs performed and delivered. Coordinate with the client team and contractor on all snagging activities, including scheduling. Be a visible leader onsite, assessing progress and ensuring safe work practices. Identify issues proactively and work with the team to resolve them effectively. Implement and monitor key project processes to make improvements and revisions. Lead and attend key meetings to monitor progress, collaborate on solving problems, and communicate impacts to partners. Review proposed variations and delays in the works. We would love to hear from you if you : Have project management experience - not compulsory. Have a degree or comparable experience in project management or engineering (naval or mechanical), or are studying to achieve your degree. Are detail-oriented and quality-focused. Are an excellent communicator, both verbally and in writing. Excel in a collaborative and friendly team environment. Thrive on building strong relationships with your team and clients through shared purpose and openness. Can work and deliver projects within short timeframes. Can manage multiple projects and contractors.
