KPMG Advisory offers consulting services to assist companies in business model transformation, process improvement, digitization, risk analysis, and support in finance transactions. Lead Innovation and Excellence in EU Public Sector Consulting KPMG is a leading global provider of professional services to public, private, and non-profit organizations across various sectors. Leveraging international experience (European Union, World Bank, United Nations, etc.), KPMG Italy serves international public institutions and monitors developments in areas like structural reforms in EU Member States, strategic studies, digital transformation, and operational excellence. Specifically, your responsibilities will include: Participate in EU projects, focusing on EU studies and Better Regulations, as well as other EU initiatives. Support project management and coordinate activities for project implementation. Collaborate with team members to disseminate knowledge on EU policy and methodologies. Conduct and coordinate data analysis, including market analysis, CBA, cost assessments, and indicator frameworks. Support business development activities related to EU policy and regulation studies. Draft tenders and coordinate junior resources to ensure quality results. Analyze policy contexts and participate in EU tender procedures. Assist in consortium building for EU tenders. Come As You Are - Your Skills and Characteristics This successful candidate has: A master's degree in EU policies, Public Policy, International Relations, or related fields. At least 2 years of experience in EU policy studies or working for EU institutions. Strong analytical skills for qualitative and quantitative data activities. Experience working with international institutions or consulting firms. Positive attitude, good interpersonal skills, and comfort in multicultural environments.
