Mission As an Infrastructures & Mobility Project Manager at RINA Consulting S.p.A., you will oversee and lead complex projects within the Infrastructure and Mobility sectors. Based in Italy, with extensive travel across Europe, your role is vital for executing major projects that meet quality, timeline, and budget standards. Key Accountabilities Your responsibilities will include: Leading large-scale engineering projects in sectors like Metro, Rail, LRT, Roads, Ports, and Infrastructures. Managing the entire project lifecycle from planning to close-out. Developing and adhering to project plans, timelines, and budgets. Managing project risks proactively. Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams and overseeing contract compliance. Monitoring project progress and reporting to stakeholders. Ensuring quality standards are met. Driving process improvements. Engaging stakeholders effectively. Education Master’s Degree in Civil or Mechanical Engineering, Management Engineering, or related fields. Qualifications The ideal candidate will have: Experience in Project and Contract Management in Mobility and Infrastructure sectors. A proven track record of delivering complex projects on time and within budget. Experience managing multidisciplinary teams and stakeholders. Knowledge of project management methodologies, contract law, procurement, and risk management. Strong leadership and communication skills. Proficiency in project management software (e.g., MS Project, Primavera). Fluency in English. Preferred qualifications include: Certifications like PMP or PRINCE2. Knowledge of industry standards and regulations.
