Responsibilities: Develop firmware across the entire stack, from device drivers to applications, supporting new product development and existing product maintenance. Main Competencies Needed: Bachelor/Master/PhD in Electronics, Computer Science, or Biomedical Engineering Ability to design and debug ARM microcontrollers (preferably STM32F/L/H families, Texas Instruments CC13XX) Knowledge of embedded real-time operating systems (FreeRTOS, TIRTOS, or similar) and bare-metal environments Proven experience in C (2 years) in product development Proficiency with embedded development environments (IAR Embedded Workbench, Eclipse, or similar) Good hardware interfacing skills (UART, SPI, I2C) and communication protocols (CAN-bus, Profibus) Experience with agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) Fluent English communication skills and ability to work internationally Knowledge of C++ in Linux Embedded Environment and WebUI programming (Vue.js or similar) is a plus Soft Skills: Strong sense of responsibility and structured, hands-on approach Self-motivated and autonomous Problem-solving and interpersonal skills Customer-oriented mindset Location: Milano If your experience doesn't match perfectly, we encourage you to apply anyway.
