Wir suchen einen hochqualifizierten und motivierten FMCG Operations Controlling Manager (m/w/d) , der eine entscheidende Rolle bei der Gestaltung, Umsetzung und laufenden Optimierung der Kernprozesse des Operations Controllings zusammen mit unserem Team spielt. Diese Position umfasst Teamführung, strategisches Businesspartnering, Planung, Prognose, Analyse und Reporting, um Kosteneffizienz und operative Exzellenz zu gewährleisten. WAS ERWARTET DICH Teamführung: Führung und Management des Operations Controlling Teams, Sicherstellung von Struktur und Orientierung des Teams sowie persönliche und fachliche Entwicklung der Teammitglieder. Strategisches Businesspartnering: Kaufmännische Beratung und Unterstützung für Entscheidungsträger als strategischer Sparringspartner, Förderung von Kostenbewusstsein und Effizienz entlang der gesamten Lieferkette. Planung/Forecasting: Unterstützung der Bereiche Produktion, Logistik und Beschaffung im operativen Planungs- und Forecastingprozess, um eine qualitativ hochwertige und zeitgerechte Planung sicherzustellen. Analyse und Kontrolle: Durchführung von Abweichungsanalysen, Identifikation von wesentlichen Soll-/Ist-Abweichungen und deren Treibern sowie von Kosteneinsparungsmöglichkeiten. Reporting: Sicherstellung eines rechtzeitigen und qualitativ hochwertigen Reportings, das umsetzbare Erkenntnisse aus relevanten Leistungsindikatoren (KPIs) liefert. Prozessverbesserung: Optimierung und kontinuierliche Weiterentwicklung von relevanten Prozessen und Tools innerhalb des Operations Controllings, um eine effiziente Ressourcennutzung sicherzustellen. WAS UNS ÜBERZEUGT Bachelor-Abschluss in Finanzen, Rechnungswesen, Betriebswirtschaft oder einem verwandten Bereich. Ein Master-Abschluss oder ähnliche berufliche Zertifizierung wird bevorzugt. Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in einer vergleichbaren Position. Starkes finanzielles Verständnis und Kostenbewusstsein, Prozessverständnis und Fähigkeit, komplexe Prozesse in relevante kaufmännische Erkenntnisse zu übersetzen. Nachgewiesene Führungskompetenz, starke Koordinations- und Organisationsfähigkeiten. Proaktiv, zuverlässig und teamorientiert. Hervorragende Kommunikationsfähigkeiten. Deutsch und Englisch (Italienisch ist ein Plus). We are looking for a highly skilled and motivated FMCG Operations Controlling Manager (w/m/d) to play a crucial role in shaping, implementing and continuously optimizing the core processes of Operations Controlling together with our team. This position involves team leadership, strategic business partnering, planning, forecasting, analysis, and reporting to ensure cost efficiency and operational excellence. WHAT TASKS AWAIT YOU Team Leadership: Lead and manage the Operations Controlling team, providing structure and guidance, focusing on the personal and professional development of all team members. Strategic business partnership: Provide financial advice and support to decision makers as a strategic sparring partner, promoting cost awareness and efficiency across the supply chain. Planning/Forecasting: Support production, logistics, and procurement in operational planning and forecasting, ensuring high-quality and timely planning. Analysis and Control: Conduct variance analyses, communicate significant deviations, and identify cost-saving opportunities. Reporting: Ensure timely and high-quality reporting with actionable insights from key performance indicators (KPIs). Process Improvement: Optimization and continuous development of relevant processes and tools within Operations Controlling to ensure efficient resource utilization. WHAT CONVINCES US Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field. A Master's degree or professional certification is preferred. Several years of professional experience in a comparable position. Strong financial acumen and cost awareness, process understanding and the ability to translate complex processes into relevant financial insights. Proven leadership expertise, strong coordination and organizational skills. Proactive, reliable, and team-oriented. Outstanding communication skills. German and English (Italian is a plus).
