Process Technology Analyst (GT POOL) - Piombino

Purpose Identifies and implements the best operational practices by promoting technological updates, collaborating on compliance with production programs, optimizing processes and relevant supplies costs, and ensuring adherence to quality standards within a safe work environment. Main Responsibilities Provides quality assurance for end products by analyzing manufacturing performance and designing or improving manufacturing practices. Ensures compliance with established quality standards by designing stable, defect-free processes and tracking quality procedures from development to implementation. Optimizes processes using technological information, competitor reports, benchmarking activities, and R&D inputs. Coordinates technological R&D activities in the area. Provides technical support for new project initiatives related to the production line/process. Ensures customer satisfaction by monitoring product quality results and implementing corrective actions as needed. Contributes to meeting cost objectives by optimizing the use of key supplies. Ensures compliance with manufacturing programs by verifying machinery and instrument performance meet established criteria. Considers energy-saving measures during process development. Adheres to Tenaris policies, procedures, management standards, and complies with applicable laws and regulations. Protects facilities, equipment, and physical resources from damage, theft, or misuse.
