Role Description: We are looking for a System Support Senior Specialist in Linux/Unix system administration to join the DCM SysOps Unix Team for managing Linux/Unix systems, including those related to the critical services of JAS (Judicial Authority Systems). Our mission is to support Sky Group's business strategy through the development, implementation, and management of its technology assets, providing independent consultancy activities to add value and enable business activities to achieve their goals. Activities: Contribute to the management and governance of Unix/Linux server operations, supporting daily operations, including on-call availability. Manage the server fleet within managed areas, ensuring their availability, updates, and alignment with business processes. Support project implementations, including technology refreshes, licensing cost optimization, and performance improvements. Contribute to project design and implementation within management areas. Governance concerning Audit and Compliance requirements (SOX, GDPR, corporate compliance). Propose effective incident management solutions. Ensure proper monitoring and reporting of management activities. Identify areas for improvement and efficiency. Proactively participate in technical and management activities to meet objectives. Identify opportunities for quality improvement through internal training. Coordinate and monitor offshore activities and ticket teams (CIEC). Requirements: At least 5 years' experience managing complex Linux/Unix systems (RHEL, Oracle Linux, Oracle Solaris, HP-UX) and related infrastructures (RedHat Satellite, MOS, Ansible AWX, RedHat Insights, etc.). Excellent organizational, teamwork, and stakeholder relation skills. Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills. Ability to manage escalating incidents (L1-L2-L3). Experience coordinating with suppliers, partners, and system integrators. Proficiency in English (B2 level). Knowledge of ITIL processes. Italian nationality and residence for operational compliance in the JAS field. Nice to Have: Industry-standard certifications (Red Hat). ITIL Certification. Knowledge of IaaS/PaaS solutions (AWS, GCP, Azure). Knowledge of containerization architectures (Docker/Podman). Knowledge of IaaC solutions (Terraform). Disaster Recovery Management.
