We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Manager, Digital Transformation to join our Customer Solutions Engineering (CSE) Transformation and Digital Development team. In this role, you will accelerate digital initiatives for our equipment sales and customer solutions engineering to enhance operational efficiency, customer satisfaction, and business growth. You will lead and implement digital transformation projects aligned with our business strategy, collaborating with sales, engineering, IT, and external partners to identify pain points and design solutions. Your responsibilities include driving automation, data-driven decision-making, and innovation, managing project scope, resources, and timelines, and acting as the business owner in IT collaborations. You will report to the Director, CSE Transformation and Digital Development. To succeed, you should have : Proven experience in digital operating model transformations and project management. Strong ability to translate business needs into digital opportunities. Experience leading cross-functional, international teams. Skills in process mapping, workshops, and user engagement. Familiarity with tools like Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics, HubSpot, or SAP is a plus. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. A design mindset—comfortable with experimentation and learning. Commercial awareness and understanding of B2B technical sales environments. Full professional proficiency in English; additional languages are a plus. You’ll thrive if you are : A proactive self-starter who brings structure and drives progress.
