We are seeking a mission-driven, results-oriented Regional Sales Manager to lead our market entry and sales operations in the Southern Europe region — taking full ownership of bringing our breakthrough missile technologies to market and building a strong customer base across the European defence sector. Your mission will be to drive sustained revenue growth, unlock new markets, and position our disruptive missile systems where they are needed most. You will lead the full sales cycle — from pipeline generation and opportunity development to negotiation and closing — with a clear focus on delivering measurable results. This is not an ordinary sales role — it is a unique opportunity to shape the future of European defence capabilities by driving the adoption of technology that can change the battlefield. Key Responsibilities Drive new market entry and customer acquisition in the Southern Europe region, and in the broader European defence sector. Position Frankenburg's disruptive technologies and value proposition with key defence stakeholders to build long-term customer relationships. Lead the full sales cycle from prospecting and pipeline development to negotiation and closing. Prepare high-quality commercial proposals and customer offers that support achieving the sales targets and driving business growth. Identify market trends, funding opportunities, and potential partnerships while working closely with key internal stakeholders. Represent the company externally at key industry events, trade shows, and customer engagements, acting as an ambassador for our mission and solutions. We Would Love You to Have Educational Background Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or a related field. At least 5 years in handling sales operations, preferably in the defence industry, with a solid understanding of public sector frameworks. Performance Proven track record in delivering outstanding results in a high-pressure, fast-paced environment. Skills and Attributes Proactive and solution-oriented mindset, excellent communication and negotiation skills, fluency in English.
