Senior Building Surveyor

Role: Senior Building Surveyor Duration: 6 months Rate: £35 - £45 p/h Locations: Manchester/Leeds/Newcastle (depending on candidate location) We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Building Surveyor to join a prominent engineering consultancy. The successful candidate will support a range of projects for education and commercial buildings, primarily for local authorities in Manchester, Leeds, and Newcastle. This role demands over 10 years of experience in building surveying, with a strong focus on delivering high-quality consultancy services. The candidate will be responsible for managing and executing complex projects, collaborating with multi-disciplinary teams, and ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations.
