Maintenance Engineer | Bank, City of London | Monday to Friday (40 hrs/week) Plumbing | HVAC | Electrical | Maintenance £42,000 /annum Excellent Benefits GH Engage are currently seeking a Maintenance Engineer to join a leading building services provider to deliver plumbing, mechanical, and electrical maintenance to a prestigious site in London. As a Maintenance Engineer, you will support the engineering team in delivering plumbing and mechanical maintenance to a commercial building. Duties as Maintenance Engineer: Carry out PPMs and Reactive Maintenance duties. Plumbing maintenance; Small plumbing jobs (toilets/urinals), landlord plant and equipment, including water treatment systems, cooling towers, domestic systems, taps, water heaters, drainage systems, and HVAC plant. Some Mechanical & Electrical Duties: Lighting - lamp changes, ballast changes, simmtronic/Phillips lighting, Emergency light testing, Fire alarm and sprinkler testing. Building Fabric maintenance including but not limited to: Door fixtures and fittings. Painting & decorating. Maintenance Engineer - Package: Salary: up to £42,000. City of London Monday to Friday; 8 am to 5 pm. 25 days annual leave. Private healthcare, dental, and optical. Cycle to work scheme. Training and progression opportunities on offer. Lots more. Requirements: Level 2 qualification in plumbing. Experience in maintenance roles within commercial environments. Client facing, punctual, and motivated.
