Debt Finance Paralegal

Ryder Reid Legal is recruiting a Debt Finance Paralegal to join a US law firm on an initial 6-12 month fixed term contract basis. This is a really exciting opportunity for a Paralegal to join a growing US law firm, supporting the Debt Finance team in all stages of transactions. The team comprises of 2 Paralegals and a number of Associates & Partners, and has scope to extend beyond the initial contract term for the right candidate. Some of the duties involve: Provide assistance on venture capital financings, debt financings, public offerings and M&A,Prepare and draft documents and agreementsProvide support to lawyers with preparation of closings The successful candidate will hold a TC offer from another City or US law firm and be available to commit for a minimum of 6 months.
