Head of Transformation - Life Sciences

We are supporting a PE-backed Life Sciences business in France who are seeking a Head of Transformation to support and report to the CEO on a variety of strategic and transformation initiatives. This is an exceptional opportunity for an individual to have broad exposure to senior leadership and projects across the business. Key responsibilities: Serve as the CEO’s primary thought partner on strategic, operational, and organisational matters and communicate this to the wider business Lead post merger integration (PMI) projects with various senior stakeholders Work with Exec teams and portfolio leadership to develop and track strategic business plans, KPIs, and transformation roadmaps Own and coordinate business planning processes across the business Act as a central coordination point for high-priority projects (acting as PMO where needed) and change initiatives Experience required: 6 years experience either working with a tier 1 or tier 2 strategy consulting firm specialising in Life Sciences OR experience working as a Head of Transformation for a Life Sciences business Excellent project management and post merger implementation experience Clear examples on working with senior stakeholders with exposure to international clients Self-starter with strong ownership mindset and ability to operate independently Confident managing complex, multi-stakeholder projects Full Professional French & English proficiency
