Our client is a global Tier III infrastructure provider with a reputation for excellence in operational performance, resilience, and sustainability. Their Paris campus, one of the largest and most advanced in continental Europe, serves a prestigious client base across hyperscale, financial services, and enterprise segments. We are seeking a high-impact Operations Director to lead the performance, resilience, and continuous improvement of this flagship facility. Reporting to senior leadership, this role will be responsible for the strategic and day-to-day operational integrity of mission-critical systems, 24/7 engineering delivery, and health and safety compliance. The successful candidate will foster a high-performance culture across technical teams while acting as a trusted, commercially astute interface for customers and contractors. Key requirements: Extensive senior-level engineering leadership experience in mission-critical 24/7 environments (data centres, complex infrastructure, or similar) Deep technical understanding of electrical systems, backup power, fire suppression, and systems resilience Strong track record of team development, change leadership, and budget accountability Fluent French and English essential This is an outstanding opportunity to join a first-class organisation at a pivotal moment—poised for significant growth through major investment.
