We are currently looking for a Mergers & Acquisitions Manager to join our team on-site in Mexico City and play a key role in driving strategic growth through acquisitions, alliances, and investment initiatives. Location: Mexico City (100% On-site) About the Role As our Mergers & Acquisitions Manager , you will be responsible for identifying, evaluating, and executing M&A and strategic partnership opportunities. You’ll work directly with senior leadership to analyze financial viability, assess risks, and build solid business cases that maximize ROI and align with our long-term vision. Key Responsibilities Lead end-to-end M&A processes: target identification, due diligence, valuation, negotiations, and post-merger integration. Build robust financial models, conduct in-depth profitability and scenario analyses. Present strategic recommendations and business cases to executive stakeholders. Collaborate cross-functionally with Legal, Finance, Product, and external advisors. Monitor market trends, competitive landscapes, and potential opportunities aligned with our strategic roadmap. What We’re Looking For Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Economics or related field 2–3 years of relevant experience in M&A, corporate development, strategy consulting, or investment banking. Proven ability to execute complex deals and manage multiple stakeholders. Advanced skills in Excel (financial modeling) and PowerPoint (executive-level storytelling). Fluent English – written and spoken (mandatory). Strong analytical mindset, business acumen, and cultural adaptability. Why Join Us?
