We are currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced Delivery Director to play a key role in overseeing the successful deployment of our augmented teams. Job Overview: As the Engineering Manager for Mindtech, your primary responsibility will be to ensure the seamless integration of augmented staff into client projects. This includes managing project lifecycles, fostering strong client relationships, and optimizing resource allocation to guarantee the success of our staff augmentation engagements. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in staff augmentation and project management within the technology sector. Responsibilities : Project Delivery: Lead project teams, providing guidance and direction throughout the project lifecycle. Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, and budgets for staff augmentation projects. Staff Augmentation Management: Oversee the successful integration of augmented staff into client projects, ensuring alignment with client objectives and expectations. Work closely with clients to understand their staffing needs and provide solutions that meet their business requirements. Client Engagement & Farming : Establish and maintain strong client relationships, acting as a strategic partner in understanding and addressing their challenges. Proactively address client concerns and ensure high levels of satisfaction with our services. Identifying Farming opportunities. Performance Management : Conduct regular performance reviews of augmented staff, providing feedback and identifying opportunities for professional development. Implement strategies to address any performance challenges promptly. Risk Mitigation : Identify potential risks associated with staff augmentation projects and implement mitigation strategies. Address any challenges or issues that may arise during the course of a project. Technical Interview Process Ownership: Define and maintain a list of technical interviewers per practice or area. Ensure interview quality and consistency across teams. Provide training and calibration sessions to keep interviewers aligned on evaluation standards. Continuously improve the technical interview process based on feedback and hiring outcomes. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; advanced degree preferred. Extensive experience (8 years) in staff augmentation and project management within the technology sector. Proven success in leading project teams. Strong understanding of the technology landscape and client needs. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strategic mindset with a focus on client satisfaction and project success. .
