Key Activities Idle Time Analysis - Analysis Tact Time. New machines Overhaul. Process loss countermeasures control & improvement. Ref man power control. Q-Bank Analyses, PLI Task Analyses, Scrap Task Analysis, ESH Audit, FI- 11 Daily Equip line issues analysis. Daily Equip counter Analysis, Daily Pm Trend Analysis, Spare parts control, Daily PM Check List Control, Gmes System - Check list Loading, Generate Record issues Found. Investment Control (Import), Consumable /Repair, Budget Control (Spend), Process Invoices Payments. Bidding Local & Korea, Critical spare parts inventory, Eliminate Obsolete spare parts. Reduce inventory items Qty , Standardization of parts, Define inventorys Max/Min, Investment Plan (Import) Consumable /Repair Budget Plan. General Responsabilities Idle Time Analysis, Analysis Tact Time, New machines Overhaul. Q-Bank Analyses, PLI Task Analyses, Scrap Task Analysis, Daily Equip line issues analysis. Daily Equip counterm, Analysis, Daily Pm Trend Analysis. Knowledge Education Level / Career: University / Industrial Engineering, Mechanic o Electrical Engineer. Experience Maintenance Areas 5 years. English / Advance (Spoken and written). Intermediate to advanced computer skills MS office, Excel and PowerPoint are required. Mexican's Labor Law (Compensation and benefits aspects). SHEE Policy, Evacuation protocol. PM Audit.
