Vice President of Engineering

LHHTS is searching for a Vice President of Engineering for a Direct Hire, Permanent Placement position with a long-standing client headquartered in Monterrey NL. This role will be responsible for overseeing a multi-site operation, standardizing processes, implementing best practices, providing coaching and mentorship to engineering staff, and ensuring compliance to safety and quality standards. Other essential aspects of this role include the execution of large CAPEX projects across engineering and maintenance disciplines, business expansions and acquisitions, and more. The compensation is commensurate to experience and will range between $275,000-300,000 MXP plus bonus.
