Data Operations Lead

Data Operations Lead Required Skills & Qualifications: 7 years in data engineering or data operations roles Strong understanding of AWS data stack: EMR, Lambda, Step Functions, S3, Athena Strong hands-on experience in SQL: common table expressions, window functions, stored procedures. Hands-on experience in Python (PySpark preferred) Demonstrated ability to analyze, debug, and optimize data workflows Excellent communication skills: able to interface with business stakeholders during critical incidents and provide clear updates Strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities Proven experience in cross-team collaboration with global teams (offshore/nearshore) Comfortable interpreting data pipelines and code, even if not hands-on coding daily Nice to Have: Experience with CI/CD tools and Git-based deployment pipelines (GitHub Actions, Bitbucket, etc.) Exposure to containerization technologies like Docker
