Objective: Manage and coordinate commercial activities and measures related to the General Distributor's (GD) revenue streams, including new vehicle sales, spare parts sales, and digital services. Shape the market offer in collaboration with the Market Manager. Act as the key interface between Market Managers and the strategic and operational central functions of GD. Day to day (main tasks): Steer and consolidate the General Distributor (LATAM Countries) channel planning and reporting processes and systems, ensuring alignment with internal and external stakeholders. Continuously improve planning, reporting, steering, and controlling processes and systems autonomously, Implement LATAM- and region-specific premium measures based on best practice sharing and develop and maintain a holistic quantitative and qualitative bonus model for LATAM Countries to steer the business in new vehicle sales and spare parts. Act as main interface between the regional center and LATAM-related hub functions (legal, IT, etc.). Coordinate regional marketing plans and events with LATAM Countries, including launch activities and bonus-linked execution. Use business analytics to identify growth opportunities and lead cross-functional business cases. Coordinate implementation of approved measures with stakeholders and monitor results. Provide 2nd-level support in escalation cases, resolving complex issues with internal and external parties. Commercial aspects of key-account and bodybuilder management like frame contracts, processual realization of one-invoice-business, import modalities, etc. Lead, steering and coordination of project activities with LATAM Countries. Integration of all requested stakeholders externally and internally in the project team. Profile: Education: University degree in business administration, sales engineering, sales and marketing, international business or similar. Previous experience: 3 - 5 years experience in the automotive industry, with focus on international sales and marketing Languages: Advanced English. · Location: CDMX (Santa Fe) · Local contract applies. · Relocation assistance will not be provided for this position.
