Must-have Skills 6 years of experience designing end-to-end digital products. Strong UX and UI design skills, including user research, wireframing, prototyping, usability testing, and visual design. Proficiency in Figma (including components, auto-layout, file organization), FigJam , and Adobe Creative Cloud . Understanding of native mobile app design principles for iOS and Android platforms. Knowledge of UX writing, interaction design, accessibility, and usability principles. Ability to work closely with developers and product managers in Agile/SCRUM environments. Familiarity with design systems and ability to propose and document new components (e.g., Apolo, Sarape). Strong communication and collaboration skills, including the ability to clearly defend design decisions. Attention to detail and organizational discipline, especially in maintaining file structure and naming conventions. Nice to Have Skills Experience with tools like Sketch , Protopie , and Office Suite . Understanding of platform-specific guidelines (Apple Human Interface Guidelines, Material Design). Knowledge of QA collaboration and support during implementation. Familiarity with security standards and enterprise-level tooling (e.g., Teams for communication).
