Presales Engineer Europe and Africa – Mobile Telecom Solutions Italy, Italy Our client is a global provider of intelligent mobile Internet solutions that enable operators to improve quality, reduce network operational expenses, and manage and monetize the mobile Internet. As part of the global presales team, you will be involved in sales target achievement, account management, market penetration, and acquiring new customers. You will oversee all technical aspects of accounts, including product presentations, upselling new features and technologies, preparing technical solution documents, proposals, scope of work, and leading RFx responses. Requirements BSc in a technical field 3-5 years of presales experience in the Mobile Telecom industry Proven leadership in RFPs Experience with software product companies Telecom network expertise Mobile data & IP knowledge and deep telecommunications understanding Fluent in English; Spanish is highly desirable Dynamic with business acumen, team player Excellent presentation skills Strong communication and interpersonal skills Willing to travel extensively Responsibilities Support sales processes technically and commercially, including upselling and new opportunities Product demonstrations and presentations Understand customer needs, develop solutions, and create upsell opportunities Manage RFX responses, ensuring coherence and customer alignment Provide detailed specifications and scope of work Manage trials and PoCs, defining scope, requirements, success criteria, and timelines Communicate effectively with customers and internal teams Participate in marketing events, trade shows, and conferences Gather market intelligence to enable new sales opportunities J-18808-Ljbffr
