Procurement Intern

Your role at KIKO MILANO We are looking for a Procurement Intern to join KIKO MILANO’s Procurement Department, supporting the team in the management of order databases, generation of procurement inputs, KPI dashboard creation and follow-up. The intern will assist in maintaining and analyzing procurement KPIs, processing purchase orders, and supporting cross-functional collaboration with planning and suppliers to improve procurement efficiency and performance. In particular, you will: Review control tower KPIs data input and maintenance Maintain KPI dashboard creation and analysis to create a periodic business review Analyze OTIF analysis for KPI Meeting with suppliers Update the suppliers orders interface to negotiate orders rescheduling in a short time Issuing of purchase orders in ERP Analyze Priorities with planning team in order to minimize out of stock period Analyze MRP of secondary packaging output and process purchase orders in line with requirements Support team to test new IT developments What you will need to succeed Bachelor degree in Economics or management engineering Other previous work experiences are a plus Ms Office proficiency SAP knowledge is a plus Strong analytical skills, ability to extrapolate and analyze data to drive problem solving, business recommendation and performance improvement Fluent in English (writing, reading and speaking) Goal oriented Team working attitude and Excellent interpersonal skills KIKO si impegna ad ampliare i propri sforzi per garantire le Pari Opportunità e dedica una particolare attenzione all’integrazione delle persone con disabilità all’interno dell’azienda.
