Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Technical Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for integrating and setting up customers in our Vendor Management Inventory system, as well as maintaining their portfolio of existing customers. Main Responsibilities : Manage assigned customer portfolio by releasing weekly automatic replenishments to stores / warehouses. Replicate customer business model in the MORE platform, leveraging system capabilities to maximize order outcomes. Update customer setups based on seasonal changes or assortments and network adjustments. Collaborate with customers to establish data flows. Coordinate with Regional / AoR Category Managers & Business Developers to implement actions aligned with global strategy. Implement improvements in the MORE platform and monitor integration of additional functionalities. Provide solutions for specific customer needs, identifying integration methods with company procedures. Requirements : Experience in Category Management and / or Sales Analysis. Good knowledge of English; additional languages considered an asset. Problem-solving and analytical approach. Excellent Microsoft Excel and Business Object skills.
