The solutions architect helps design, scope, and govern solutions involving multiple product lines and third-party products. Provide input on future functionalities, implementation, and standards. Analyze requirements and design solutions for customer scenarios. Create solution documentation for internal and external use. Produce technical specifications for custom development and integration. Suggest best practices and third-party solutions. Resolve problems and implement solutions to prevent future issues. Manage product lifecycle phases. Communicate effectively across technical and non-technical teams. Coordinate with sales and deployment teams for successful delivery. Analyze customer site requirements to propose solutions from the Ascom portfolio. What do you need? Bachelor’s or master’s Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or similar. At least 2 years’ experience in system integration deployments. Experience with medical software installation and configuration. Strong customer-facing consulting skills. English proficiency required. Experience with Medical Device connectivity, design tooling, cloud, SaaS, Microsoft Stack, Microservices, SQL (MSSQL preferred, Postgres a plus).
