Select appropriate dialysis methods and devices, personalizing treatment based on patient conditions. Ensure high-quality patient care through suitable therapy choices. Handle medical issues and consult or transfer patients as needed. Collaborate with nurses during dialysis sessions, including initiation and termination. Review healthcare reports and activities for quality and compliance. Perform medical assessments for patient admissions and complete health documentation. Maintain and update medical records. Requirements: Medical degree with specialization in nephrology. Professional registration. Knowledge of Italian; English is a plus.
