Provide technical support and troubleshooting to customers globally. Coordinate spare parts logistics and ensure fleet compliance with airworthiness regulations. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve technical issues. Track performance data and contribute to fleet reliability. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in aerospace engineering or a related technical field. 3 years of experience in aftersales, CAMO, MRO, or technical support roles. Strong knowledge of EASA Part M / 145 / CAMO and FAA frameworks. Excellent communication skills in English (C1). Customer-oriented with a hands-on approach. Preferred Qualifications: EASA Part 66 or FAA A&P license. Experience with ERP/CRM systems and aircraft maintenance tracking tools. Additional language proficiency (Spanish, French, or German).
