What You Can Expect This position is responsible for shaping the product portfolio strategy and providing product-specific input with the Marketing Lead. It involves managing the day-to-day implementation of the EMEA Segment Strategy, coordinating NPI launch plans, and rationalization projects. The role includes developing strategic marketing plans in collaboration with country management teams to ensure alignment with global priorities and KPIs, in conjunction with the Marketing Lead. Mentoring less experienced sales team members and managing stretch projects are also part of this role. How You'll Create Impact Contribute to developing and shaping the EMEA Segment Strategy. Lead the commercialization of the Zimmer Biomet Segment portfolio in the EMEA market. Support Product Managers and the Commercial team with product expertise, including training and key account support. Design promotional and communication strategies with marketing partners for core EMEA brands. Collaborate with Zimmer Biomet Institute to establish medical education programs for surgical professionals. Create product training and development programs with the Zimmer Biomet Sales Academy. Coordinate the NPI plan for the region and liaise with Demand Planning to ensure accurate forecasts. Identify expert surgeons for corporate activities. Plan marketing initiatives based on competitor activities to enhance focus brands' attractiveness. Coach and support sales and marketing teams across EMEA to execute the segment strategy and achieve revenue targets. Support new product launches with hands-on implementation. Align with other EMEA segments to promote cross-selling opportunities. Mentor and train less experienced team members, promoting best practices across the region. What Makes You Stand Out Profound technical knowledge of the Segment. Experience in marketing strategy development and implementation. Ability to apply industry trends to enhance Zimmer Biomet’s footprint in EMEA. Strong skills in product launches and strategy promotion. Critical thinking and strategic skills to execute deliverables and identify upsell opportunities. Proactive and quick to react to new opportunities. Ability to build credibility with all organizational levels and hospital personnel. Fast learner, independent worker, capable of managing complex projects. Strong communication and presentation skills. Experience working with diverse, cross-regional teams. Your Background University degree, bachelor’s level. Minimum 6 years in healthcare consulting, ideally in Medical Devices. Experience in national / international strategy implementation within healthcare. Proven mentoring and influencing skills.
