Artificial Intelligence Strategy Consultant

You'll contribute to a technological innovation project and collaborate on go-to-market and business development initiatives within Capgemini Invent. ⭐ This is an opportunity to learn firsthand how real AI solutions are designed, sold, and implemented, and to train with a view to leading projects in the future. ⭐ You’ll work in mixed teams of consultants and clients, actively participating in the planning, management, and delivery of impactful initiatives. About the role: You’ll be part of a team driving technological transformation, collaborating with technical, business, and innovation profiles. Your tasks will include: Researching and analyzing tech trends such as: GenAI and enterprise assistants Foundation models and LLMs applied to business cases AI for internal productivity and process automation (RPA AI) AI governance, ethics & explainability Participating in ideation and pilot/prototype conceptualization sessions Contributing to the development of use cases, proof of concepts, and benchmarks Communicating and promoting innovative initiatives internally Taking part in commercial and proposal development initiatives Translating business challenges into viable AI solutions What we’re looking for: 1 to 3 years of experience in consulting, innovation, or data/AI-related projects Basic knowledge or experience in current AI techniques: Applied GenAI (chatbots, agents, RAG…) Supervised and unsupervised machine learning Deep learning Data analysis and storytelling AI governance, security, and ethics, among others High level of English (C1/C2) University degree (Master’s is a plus) Proficiency in office tools (PowerPoint, Excel, Word) Ability to connect technical and strategic aspects Strong communication and analytical thinking skills What we offer: A close-knit and motivated team where you’ll grow with mentoring and real project exposure Continuous training in AI, business, and consulting skills Participation in high-impact technological innovation projects Professional development in a multinational environment with an open and collaborative culture Location: Madrid At Capgemini Invent we create the leaders of tomorrow Are you ready to take this next step with us?
