We are looking for a dynamic, proactive and talented person to join our team and perform the following tasks: Lead OCM strategy blueprinting for ERP Cloud transformation projects. Conduct change impact analysis and support org design/future operating model. Drive engagement and communication planning with stakeholders. Develop training plans and ensure adoption assurance. Coordinate with global teams and manage project planning. Influence clients and lead workshops with business and IT stakeholders. Support customer relationship and risk management. Contribute to sales cycles with OCM value propositions and executive presentations. WHAT (TECHNOLOGIES/METHODOLOGIES/TOOLS) WILL YOU USE? ERP Cloud platforms (Oracle, SAP S/4HANA, MS Dynamics, Workday) OCM methodologies and best practices Project Management frameworks (PMP preferred) Communication and training planning tools Stakeholder engagement strategies Multicultural and multi-location collaboration tools WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR? Years' experience: 20 years overall, with 15 in OCM for tech transformations At least 5 large-scale, multi-country ERP Cloud transformation projects Fluent in Spanish and English Strong relationship and stakeholder management skills Excellent communication and presentation abilities Self-driven, motivated, and results-oriented mindset WHERE AND WHEN?
