Tell us about your strengths and apply as a Culture & Employee Experience Expert Your Purpose As a Culture & Employee Experience (EX) Expert, you will play a key role in shaping how we work and perform across our group wide organizationwhile placing a strong focus on Austria. You'll design and deliver impactful culture and EX programs that foster engagement, collaboration, and innovation, and empower leaders and teams to bring our UNIQA values to life. Together, we aim to build a performance-driven, customer-focused, AI-enabled, and inclusive workplace. In addition, you will drive the implementation and continuous improvement of performance management practices in Austria, helping us to translate our ambition into measurable impact. What to expect: * Drive cultural transformation initiatives aligned with our group strategy and employee insights * Design and facilitate impactful workshops and trainings on our company values and employee experience * Analyze culture and EX data to uncover trends, needs, and opportunities for action * Ensure strategic integration of culture and EX initiatives into people/HR processes and business goals * Collaborate with leaders, EX and people teams across markets to foster buy-in, alignment, and co-creation * Stay ahead of emerging trends in EX, culture, and performance to continuously evolve our practices * Austria-Specific Focus with Emphasis on Performance-driven culture: Partner with Business Partners and local leaders to ensure that culture and EX initiatives are aligned with strategic priorities and local needs. Monitor adoption and impact of EX and culture initiatives, using data and employee feedback to identify opportunities for continuous improvement. Support the implementation, communication, and development of new performance management approach in Austria from a cultural perspective. What we expect: * Minimum a Bachelor's degree 3-5 years of experience in culture, transformation, or EX-related roles Experience with change management and proactive mindset Strong facilitation, project management, and stakeholder engagement skills Strategic thinker with analytical and conceptual strength Fluent in German and English Nice to Have: Experience with implementation of modern performance management processes User of generative AI tools Familiarity with modern EX platforms and methodologies Your core competencies: * Collaborates: We collaborate beyond conventional boundaries * Finding effective solutions: You aim for simple feasible solutions.
