As an integral part of the customer journey, you will: Be the first on-site point of contact, communicating effectively with customers to understand their needs and explain the companys role and next steps. Assess and validate claims by reviewing damage, taking detailed photographs, and accurately documenting all areas requiring attention. Carry out necessary safety, security, or repair measures, adhering to all operational and legislative standards. Conduct damage surveys, measure accurately, and specify required work or parts for straightforward cases. Use a Personal Digital Assistant (PDA) to ensure all information is accurately recorded and compliance steps are followed. Complete and submit all required paperwork, time sheets, activity logs, and vehicle checks promptly. Adhere to all Health & Safety and Information Security protocols. Perform additional duties as required, within the scope and competence of the role. To thrive in this role, you will bring: Essential: A valid driving license. Experience as a Glazier or locksmith would be desirable Desirable: Basic within a trade such as glazing, locksmithing, or fitting. Relevant trade qualifications are a bonus but not required. A personal, approachable, and empathetic demeanour that puts customers at ease. Strong communication skills, with the ability to explain and empathize effectively. A customer-first mindset, ensuring the best possible experience at every touchpoint. The ability to work independently and as part of a team to achieve goals.
