Contract Type: Permanent Flexible working, Full-time, Job share, Part-time The Security Operations Centre (SOC) is responsible for monitoring and analysing security events to identify, investigate, and respond to potential threats. The SOC Analyst plays a critical role in supporting the SOC by providing essential day-to-day support. About you To be successful in this role you will need to have the following experience: Knowledge of security systems including anti-virus applications, content filtering, firewalls, authentication systems, SIEM, EDR, intrusion detection and notification systems Strong critical thinking skills and ability to solve complex problems, coupled with excellent written and verbal communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment Strong understanding of IT systems and infrastructure, with a robust level of knowledge in operating systems, software, and databases Proficiency in networking technologies, network security and network monitoring solutions Proficient knowledge of security protocols and principles How to Apply ??
