The Role This is a fantastic opportunity for a Family Solicitor (3 years PQE) to join a growing and supportive team based in Nottingham. The role will involve a mix of privately funded family work and will include: Managing a caseload of divorce, separation, financial remedy, and private children matters Advising high-net-worth individuals and professionals on complex family law issues Preparing legal documentation and conducting negotiations on behalf of clients Attending court hearings and liaising with counsel where necessary Supporting and mentoring junior members of the team as appropriate Actively participating in business development and networking activities Maintaining high standards of client care and file management You The ideal candidate will be: A qualified solicitor with 3 years PQE in family law Confident managing their own caseload with minimal supervision Experienced in all aspects of private family law, including finances and children work Commercially aware, with excellent communication and client-care skills Proactive, organised, and committed to delivering quality outcomes A strong team player who’s keen to contribute to the continued success of the department Do you enjoy building strong client relationships while working in a genuinely collaborative environment?
