Job Description Are you looking to grow your career in investment operations within a collaborative and forward-thinking environment? At L&G Asset Management, we're seeking an Operations Analyst to support our expanding Private Credit business. This is a fantastic opportunity to contribute to the development of a robust operational framework while working closely with a wide range of internal and external stakeholders. What you'll be doing: Supporting the implementation of governance policies and procedures across Private Credit Assisting with deal pipeline queries and transaction processing between front office and operations Acting as a liaison between investment teams and outsourced service providers Creating and maintaining investment records and reporting on AUM and performance Participating in internal and external audit reviews and coordinating information requests Contributing to small change projects and supporting operational improvements Responding to client and internal queries in a timely and professional manner Monitoring compliance with regulatory standards and supporting risk analysis activities Qualifications Who we're looking for: A 2:1 degree (or equivalent) and willingness to work towards the Investment Management Certificate Experience in financial markets, particularly with debt instruments and fund accounting Strong financial analysis skills Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities Confidence in presenting ideas and influencing in a dynamic environment A proactive, adaptable approach with strong problem-solving skills Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver under pressure A collaborative mindset with a focus on continuous improvement and innovation Whatever your role, we reward performance and behaviour with a package that looks after all the things that are important to you.
