Key Responsibilities • Support for all demands related to medical and dental training; • Relationship and interface with speakers and representatives; • Assistance in inventory control of promotional materials and gifts; • Organization and monitoring of training (workshops, gyms, hands-on); • Interface with the Travel Agency; • Support to the administrative demands of the department; • Support in budgetary and budgetary control of Promotional Marketing Actions; • Assistance in the interface with the transversal areas of the Company, Medical Societies, Doctors, and Suppliers; • Attending to digital demands related to training; • Related activities.
