Key Responsibilities Carry out the activities of accounts payable and receivable, preparing the CNAB files for sending to the bank. Reconcile accounts payable and receivable, weekly and monthly. Organize payment receipts write-offs. Monitor and control receipts. Issue billing and send it to the requesting areas. Support the activities of the accounting department in the monthly closings. Attend audits, delivering requested documents. Qualifications and Experience Bachelor's Degree of Science in Accounting. Experience of 4 to 6 years in the area. Experience with accounting reconciliation. Knowledge of the main Brazilian accounting procedures (NBCs – CPC 47 Revenue recognition). Experience with accounts payable and receivable activities. Experience with invoicing (issuance of invoices). Intermediate/Advanced English (Writing and Speaking). Technical Skills Solid knowledge of and experience with Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
