At the centre of this experience is Drive’s Marketplace, where buyers are presented with quality vehicles from handpicked dealers.Job DescriptionThe Delivery Manager role facilitates Drive’s product and platform development by planning, executing, and closing projects in a timely and efficient manner. Working collaboratively with Product, Technology and other stakeholders, this role manages project scope, timelines, resources, budget, and risks to ensure successful project delivery aligned with business objectives.This is a hands-on role where you will be expected to apply your PM/BA skills to an area of the roadmap while overseeing other parallel initiatives with the support of technical analysts and a project manager reporting to you. Your fantastic communication skills, strong analytical and problem-solving ability and excellent attention to detail will be key to the delivery of Drive’s roadmapQualificationsTertiary qualifications in a relevant field i.e. Project Management or BusinessProven experience in Project Management with extensive industry experience, able to oversee multiple projects/squads.Outstanding verbal and written communications skills.Ability to establish and maintain relationships with a diverse range of stakeholdersProven ability to meet project deadlines, managing competing priorities in a calm, efficient and effective wayA high level of computer literacy with a strong working knowledge of Project management systems data and reportingProven leadership and the ability to influenceStrong interpersonal skills with the ability to liaise effectively with senior management and internal/external stakeholders.A proactive, "can-do" attitude with the ability to multi-task and produce accurate work across multiple and competing deadlinesSelf-motivated with the ability to work both independently, and collaboratively, in a team environment.
