Finance and Payroll Specialist (French Speaking) (JB5425) Randpark Ridge, Johannesburg R28 000 - R32 000 CTC per month Permanent Fluent in French? Join a dynamic finance team supporting multiple African regions. This role offers strong exposure to payroll, reporting, and financial admin. Minimum Requirements: Bachelors degree in Accounting, Finance, or similar 2 or more years experience in a similar financial role Fluent in French (essential) regular collaboration with French-speaking regions Sage experience and advanced Excel Solid knowledge of accounting principles, payroll, and financial compliance Ability to travel to West Africa on occasion Duties and Responsibilities: Lead payroll processing and onboarding admin across multiple regions Collect, analyse, and interpret financial data for management use Manage accounts receivable and payable functions Prepare and maintain financial reports (P&L, balance sheets, cash flows) Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and performance monitoring Ensure all financial processes meet regulatory, tax, and reporting standards Conduct reconciliations and resolve discrepancies in records Maintain proper documentation of invoices, receipts, and transactions Provide financial support to business units across Africa Support ongoing improvements and automation of financial procedures
