Procurement Officer

Managing end-to-end procurement of goods and services for our wellness and health projects Building and maintaining strong supplier relationships Creating purchase orders, negotiating pricing, and tracking deliveries Supporting our tenders team by handling all procurement inputs, compliance, and documentation Working closely with our stockroom and finance teams to ensure stock is available and spend is on track Keeping our procurement systems (Sage Monday.com) clean and up to date Reporting on spend, supplier performance, and cost-saving opportunities 35 years experience in procurement, supply chain, or purchasing Strong negotiation and vendor management skills Experience using Sage (or similar ERP) and Monday.com is a plus A hands-on doer with solid admin, great communication skills, and a good eye for detail Bonus if youve worked in the wellness, health, or events industry before
