Professional certification such as CMA (Certified Management Accountant) or CPA (Certified Public Accountant). Responsibilities Conduct detailed cost analysis to identify areas for improvement and cost reduction. Prepare and present financial reports and forecasts to management and stakeholders. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather data and insights for cost management initiatives. Monitor and analyze manufacturing costs, including labor, materials, and overhead. Develop and maintain cost models to support budgeting and financial planning processes. Skills The required skills for this role include strong analytical abilities, which are essential for interpreting complex financial data and identifying trends. Proficiency in Excel is utilized daily to create financial models and perform in-depth cost analysis.
