Human Resources Specialist

About the Role: We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented HR specialist to support the day-to-day human resources operations for our Mexico plant . This role focuses on local employee management, document handling, labor compliance, and HR process execution. Key Responsibilities: 1. Handle end-to-end recruitment and onboarding for local employees 2.Maintain accurate employee records, contracts, and attendance data 3.Support payroll input and employee benefits administration 4. Assist with employee relations, internal communication, and daily inquiries 5.Ensure compliance with Mexican labor laws and HR regulations 6.Coordinate with external agencies and government offices as needed 7.Provide operational support for training, performance evaluations, and disciplinary actions Requirements: 1. Based in Mexico , familiar with local employment practices and labor law 2.Fluent in Spanish , able to communicate in English ; Mandarin is a plus 3.Experience in manufacturing HR or labor-intensive industries is preferred 4.Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and good interpersonal communication 5.Proactive, reliable, and capable of executing HR tasks independently 【Please send resume in English】 Work Location: Irapuato Why Join Us?
