About the Role – Customer Direct Trainer Jr. (Onsite – Polanco, CDMx): We’re looking for a motivated and adaptable trainer to onboard and develop new Contact Center Representatives. You'll design and deliver engaging training programs, manage learning materials, track progress, and continuously improve based on feedback and performance data. Requirements: 2 years in call center training or related field Experience with instructional design, LMS, and customer service systems Strong communication and leadership skills Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred Pay range and compensation package Pay up to $18,000 MXN (before taxes). 8-hour shifts, 48 hours per week, Mon - Fri Food vouchers, 30-day aguinaldo, and 35% vacation bonus.
